MEET YOUR COACH

Stephen Manners is a former Special Forces Engineer Sergeant turned Nutrition & Training Professional who prepares aspiring Special Ops Candidates for the rigors of Selection inside his 1 on 1 coaching program.

This former 18 Charlie works closely with his clients who have a direct line to him six days a week to take their health & fitness to an elite level so they can succeed at their Selection. This isn't a run of the mill PDF training plan, it's a full on mentorship.

Improve Your Running Speed & Endurance

Running & rucking are a crucial component of SOF prep, yet continue to stump hard working candidates with plateaus in progress. Upon signing up, you will be sent a free Morpheus M7 HR Monitor and use it to gain true insight into your fluctuating HR zones and to drive effective conditioning sessions that make you a more capable and faster endurance athlete. Your training data and biometrics are monitored by Coach Stephen via this device.

Master Your Nutrition

Mastering your nutrition requires mentorship, not a meal plan. You will consult with Coach Stephen directly when you join to outline your unique nutrition protocol. You will have weekly conversations with him to constantly improve your nutrition IQ, troubleshoot obstacles, and remain accountable to your goals. You will have a clear and easy to apply nutrition protocol that transforms your performance and physique.

Build Muscle & Improve Mobility

You will have a tailor made training program designed to improve your weaknesses so you bring the the total package to Selection. These workouts are delivered to the palm of your hand in the MLC training app and will progress over time to ensure you continue making both muscular and mobility gains during your prep.

A few thoughts on coaching and the service I provide...

I've worked with a lot of people over the years helping them lose fat and build muscle and refining what works and what doesn't to get my clients results. I get it: nutrition change is hard. There is a lot of information out there and most of it sounds conflicting. For this reason, I have always coached in a 1 on 1 environment because that is where education and habit change occur. Simply reading a PDF about nutrition isn't going to translate directly into actionable steps you can take every day to see results. Plus, what about when you have questions? Or need to be flexible? You need the support of someone there to answer your questions and provide guidance when you need it, someone to help you stay accountable. You need to learn as you go to improve your competence so your confidence improves along with it. I apply these same principles to my strength and endurance programing.
